The first Pharmacon has passed!
According to the participant’s reactions, it was more than successful!
As we had expected and believed when we were searching for a right theme for the first Pharmacon Conference, counterfeiting medicines attracted the attention of both professional and broader public. Twelve excellent speakers and more than 150 delegates gave an in depth analysis of fake medicines and offered practical anti-counterfeiting solutions. Leading Serbian media Politika, Blic, B92, Arena 92, Politika-potrosac, Privedni pregled, and many others recognized the importance of the topic and gave it a lot of space in their publications. The last but not the least – the participants of the Pharmacon conference made invaluable contacts with officials of international anti-counterfeiting institutions, pharmaceutical producers, distributors and wholesalers.
